Volcanoes in SA – “I’ feel the trembles”, I uttered as I left the airport.   That was how I felt as we got out of the electric bus in Johannesburg that took us to the small commuter plane for our Botswana safari.  It was evident on the faces and in the conversations, but like the proverbial “elephant in the room”, nobody wanted to mention violence.  Really just whispers and innuendo as everyone seemed too fearful to discuss collapse or anarchy.
